How to book your UKVI appointment at VFS Global, PH

Remember your Mandatory actions?

In order to book your VFS Global appointment for your UKVI document scanning and biometrics, just click the "Provide documents and biometric" button.  It will automatically direct you to VFS global website. 

LOCATION DETAILS

Select where you want to submit your documents for scanning and provide your biometrics.

Philippines >> Makati or Cebu

A one time password will be sent to your email, you can change it to your desired password once you click the link provided on the same email sent to you.

CUSTOMER DETAILS

Your details are automatically transferred to your VFS global account since it's connected to your online visa application.  You can only edit or change your email and contact number.

SERVICES

You may or may not want to purchase from the list of the services/packages they offer on their  site: SMS, photocopy, print etc.

You can also purchase the other services on the day of your appointment, just tell the person assisting you, eg for SMS or courier services.

DOCUMENTS

I choose the Document scanning assistance at 0 cost.

Do not upload anything. The reason why you will go to VFS Global aside from providing your biometrics is for them to scan your documents.

APPOINTMENT

Select your preferred date and time of appoinment.

BE MINDFUL of the Color Coding!! Choose from the black colored time slot for no extra cost.

REVIEW AND PAY

You're Done! Just download your receipt and Print it (It's actually your appointment letter)

You will also receive an appointment confirmation  on your email together with your appointment letter. 

Now, prepare all the documents you need to submit at VFS Global.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

>> Please be there atleast 15 mins before your appointment time. You will only be allowed by the guard to enter the premises 15-20mins before your schedule.  I heard that if you're late on your appointment, you will pay the penalty.

>>  Prepare your original Passport old and new, Appointment letter and document checklist.  You'll hand these documents to the receptionist for UK applicants.

>>  The receptionist will give you back your documents together with your queuing number.

>> Proceed to Biometric and Scanning waiting area.  Wait for your number to be called by: 

1. assistant - to check, arrange and prepare your documents and if you want SMS or courier service; 

2. personnel at the document scanning area: hand your arranged document to him/her.  After scanning, he/she will give back your docs except for your original passport/s.  He/she will also give you your receipt and instruction for claiming your visa within 15 working days.

>> After document scanning, wait for your name or number to be called in biometric room, where you will scan your finger prints and have your picture taken.

>> DONE! you may now go home! :) and Congrats!
